Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of myababots.com, the website of MyABA Bots. They are website terms. They are not a contract for paid marketing services. Paid work starts only when we both sign a separate agreement.
Using the site
You may use this site to learn about our services and to request a free Patient Growth Audit. Use it lawfully. Don't try to break the site, overload it, or misuse the form.
The site is for business owners and their staff. Don't submit someone else's personal information.
No clinical or legal advice
My ABA Bots provides marketing services. We do not provide clinical care, behavioral health services, or legal advice. Nothing on this site is a promise about medical, insurance, or compliance outcomes.
HIPAA compliance for a clinic stays with that clinic. We describe our tracking approach as HIPAA-conscious: built to keep protected health information out of ad platforms. We are not a law firm, and this page is not legal advice.
The free audit
The Patient Growth Audit is a free 30-minute conversation and a written summary. Requesting it does not obligate you to hire us, and it does not obligate us to take you on as a client. We may decline a request.
Send business information only. Do not include patient names, diagnoses, or other protected health information in the form or by email.
Plans and prices
Prices on the site are monthly management fees for the scope described there: Starter at $1,500 per month, Growth at $3,000 per month, and Scale at $5,000 per month. Ad spend is separate. You pay Google and Meta directly, on accounts you own.
A price on this website is not an offer that becomes a contract when you send the form. Starter is month-to-month. Growth and Scale have a 90-day minimum agreement. You own your ad accounts, Google Business Profiles, the website content we create for you under an agreement, and your data, as described on the site and in that agreement.
What you submit
You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us permission to use it to respond, prepare your audit, and communicate with you. Don't send information you don't have the right to share.
Our content
The text, logo, and layout of this site belong to MyABA Bots. You may share links to our pages. Don't copy the site or the logo for your own marketing.
Other companies' services
The form is delivered by FormSubmit. The site is hosted by Vercel. Pages on this site describe Google and Meta, and may link to them. Those companies have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their sites or services.
No guarantee of results
We work to keep the site accurate. Marketing results vary by market, budget, website, and how a clinic handles inquiries. We don't guarantee rankings, ad results, a number of intakes, or a change in payer mix.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, MyABA Bots is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits, that arise from your use of this website. This does not limit any liability the law says we cannot limit.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date. An edit here does not change a services agreement you have already signed.
